SMART PLAY for babies
Classes for babies 0-12 months and their caregivers
This course focuses on infant movement education for optimal brain development and primitive reflex integration.
In this class we will learn how to facilitate optimal brain development through fun, interactive play with your baby, while also learning techniques for greater alignment, flexibility and ease in your own body as you play with your child.
SMART PLAY for kids
This class is for children age 5+ and their caregivers. Together we will learn fun, interactive movements and games to support optimal brain development and primitive reflex integration. This work has been shown to be very supportive for those with learning difficulties and sensory issues as well as neurtotypical children. It is a great way to build trust and connection with your child and have fun playing together.
